Memorial Tribute Upload
Instructions:
If your photographs are prints you will need to get a good quality scans done so that you can then upload the digital files using this form. The better the quality of the scan the better the final result will be.
Image size should be no more than 4000 pixels on the longest edge of the picture.
File type should be JPEG.
In the box provided please tell us all the information you would like included in the video such as their name, date of birth, age etc.
Please make sure your email address is correct as we will be using it if we need to confirm any details. We will email you when we have completed your video to provide you with the download instructions so you can access your digital files. We will also provide you with a customer number and a Referral number so you can benefit from refering friends and pass on a discount to them.
