Commercial Use Licence

This Commercial Use Licence defines how RealityBreaks images and eBooks may be used for commercial purposes.
By purchasing and using a RealityBreaks Commercial Use Licence, you agree to the terms below.
1. Licence Overview
The RealityBreaks Commercial Use Licence grants the purchaser the right to use eligible RealityBreaks assets for commercial purposes, subject to the conditions outlined in this agreement.
- Licence fee: £100 (one-time payment)
- Licence duration: Lifetime
- Applies to: Images and eBooks obtained through RealityBreaks
This licence is required for any use that goes beyond personal or educational use.
2. What This Licence Covers
This licence applies to:
- Images downloaded from RealityBreaks members-only galleries
- eBooks downloaded from the RealityBreaks downloads section
This licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
3. Permitted Commercial Uses
Images
With an active Commercial Use Licence, you may use RealityBreaks images for:
- Paid websites or monetised blogs
- Client projects
- Advertising, marketing, and promotional materials
- Social media content on monetised accounts
- Printed materials (posters, flyers, books, magazines)
- Digital products where images are incorporated into a broader design
Images may be resized, cropped, or adapted as required for commercial projects.
eBooks
With a Commercial Use Licence, you may:
- Resell RealityBreaks eBooks
- Include eBooks in paid products, bundles, or services
Important condition:
eBooks must remain completely unchanged.
This means:
- No edits, rewrites, or modifications
- No removal or alteration of branding, credits, or content
- No partial reuse or extraction of sections
eBooks must be distributed only in their original, unmodified form.
4. Prohibited Uses
Even with a Commercial Use Licence, you may not:
Images
- Resell images as standalone files
- Upload images to stock libraries, marketplaces, or free download sites
- Include images in asset packs, prompt packs, or design bundles
- Use images in NFTs, AI model training datasets, or resale platforms
- Claim images as your own original work
Images must always be part of a larger project, product, or service.
eBooks
You may not:
- Modify eBooks in any way
- Remove attribution or branding
- Claim authorship of the eBooks
- Break eBooks into parts for resale
5. Ownership & Copyright
All images and eBooks remain the intellectual property of RealityBreaks.
This licence grants usage rights only.
Ownership and copyright are not transferred.
6. Relationship to Personal Use Licence
- The Commercial Use Licence extends the Personal Use Licence
- Personal Use Licence restrictions still apply unless explicitly overridden here
- If there is any conflict, the Commercial Use Licence takes precedence
7. Licence Termination
RealityBreaks reserves the right to revoke this licence if:
- The licence terms are breached
- Assets are misused, redistributed, or resold outside permitted uses
In the event of termination, all commercial use of RealityBreaks assets must cease.
