RealityBreaks – Personal Use Licence

This Personal Use Licence explains how members may use images and eBooks provided through the RealityBreaks membership.
By downloading or using any RealityBreaks assets, you agree to the terms below.
1. What This Licence Covers
This licence applies to:
- Images downloaded from RealityBreaks members-only galleries
- eBooks downloaded from the RealityBreaks downloads section
This licence is included automatically with an active RealityBreaks membership.
2. Permitted Uses (What You Can Do)
Images
Members may download and use images for personal and non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
- Personal websites or blogs
- Educational use (schools, colleges, presentations, research, teaching materials)
- Personal projects or portfolios
- Social media posts (non-commercial accounts)
- Editorial or illustrative use where no direct monetary gain is involved
You may crop, resize, or adapt images for personal use, provided the image itself is not redistributed or sold.
eBooks
eBooks are licensed for personal use only.
You may:
- Download eBooks for your own reference
- Read, store, and use them for learning and inspiration
3. Prohibited Uses (What You Cannot Do)
Images
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute images in any form
- Upload images to free or paid download sites
- Include images in stock libraries, asset packs, or bundles
- Use images in NFTs, AI training datasets, or marketplaces
- Claim the images as your own original work
- Use images in products or services offered for sale without a commercial licence
eBooks
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute eBooks
- Share eBooks publicly or privately (including file sharing or upload sites)
- Use eBooks as part of paid courses, products, or services
- Republish or reproduce eBooks in whole or in part
4. Commercial Use
If you wish to use any RealityBreaks images or content for commercial purposes, a separate Commercial Use Licence is required.
Commercial use includes (but is not limited to):
- Paid websites or client projects
- Advertising or marketing materials
- Products for sale (digital or physical)
- Monetised social media channels
- Business branding or promotional content
A commercial licence can be purchased separately.

5. Ownership & Copyright
All images and eBooks remain the intellectual property of RealityBreaks.
This licence grants usage rights only — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
6. Membership & Licence Termination
- This licence remains valid only while your membership is active
- RealityBreaks reserves the right to revoke access for misuse or breach of these terms
- Downloaded assets must not be used beyond the scope of this licence after termination
