Instructions:
Your original image needs to be in the form of a digital photo. It should be clear and sharp for the best results.
Image size should be no more than 4000 pixels on the longest edge of the picture.
File type should be JPEG.
In the box provided please tell us exactly what you would like done with your photograph. The more accurate and extensive the description better. Please remember that we cannot produce videos that include copyrighted materials or characters, or the likeness of famous people. Be sure to tell us if you want a portrait video 9:16 format ( for Tiktok, instagram) or landscape 16:9 ( better for Facebook or showing on a TV).
Please make sure your email address is correct as we will be using it to confirm the details if required. When we have restored your photo we will contact you with the download instructions so you can access your digital file.
